Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Yves website and any work we do with you. Yves is an augmented reality studio. By contacting us, commissioning work, or using this site, you agree to these terms.
The site is for information only. Content may change without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.
Project work is defined in a proposal, quote, or contract. Until that is agreed in writing, nothing on the site creates an obligation to deliver a project, price, or timeline. Fees, scope, revisions, and delivery dates are those set out in the written agreement. Invoices are due as stated there. Work remains our property until paid in full, unless we agree otherwise.
You are responsible for the materials you give us, including rights to use logos, footage, 3D assets, and brand content. You confirm you have permission to provide them. We may use finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing before delivery.
AR experiences depend on devices, platforms, lighting, and third-party software. We build to the specifications we agree, but we cannot guarantee how every device or environment will perform. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse, changes you make after delivery, or platforms we do not control.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Yves is established. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this site at the time you use it or commission work is the one that applies. Questions can be sent to the email on our website.
